KARAN KALHA

General Manager – Human Resources

As our General Manager of Human Resources, Karan focuses intensely on performance. A consummate human resources professional, he has over two decades experience both building, and putting into practice, enlightened HR policies and practices. He has introduced to Adnet technologically advanced systems that are bringing real benefits to our employees.

Among his colleagues, Karan is known as dedicated and inclusive. He has two overarching aims; high-performing teams and delivering the best possible service to our customers and our employees. He succeeds by engaging with and nurturing talent, strategic staffing, and making smart use of HR analytics.

Karan was educated in London and Ontario and holds a master’s degree in management sciences. Before joining Adnet, Karan held leadership roles in multinational firms in industries as varied as ITes, real estate and post production studios.

When he unplugs from work, Karan golfs, goes fishing, or heads out for an enjoyable day at the shooting range.
